This is the city planning report for the city of Bethlehem, PA. Prepared in 1919 for the City Planning Commission of Bethlehem, Koester provides recommendations for city improvements in the areas of highways, city streets, sidewalks, bridges, street railway lines, parks, playgrounds, homes for industrial workers, new industries, civic and educational centers, and city sanitation. Numerous drawings (maps) are provided which illustrate the proposed improvements.
