Describes the origins of the Bethlehem Skatepark, located in South Bethlehem, commentary focuses on the skateboard culture in Bethlehem and how it came together with the larger Bethlehem community to fund and create Phase I of the Bethlehem Skatepark. Participants give their views on how the skatepark has become part of the community, its popularity, its features and future plans. The video challenges stereotypes and shows how the skateboard community has taken care of the park. People in the video include: Mark Atkinson, Southside Recreation Coordinator, Andrew Po, Homebase Skateshop, Victor Manuel Alicea, Inline skater, Ray Gurz, Lost Souls Skateboards, Maria Cabezas, Southside resident, Grant Bass, BMX rider.
