Some physical properties of cobalt-nickel thin films electrodeposited under continuous ultrasonic power

About this Digital Document

The purpose of this investigation was to study the effects of ultrasonics upon the properties and structure of Co-Ni electrodeposited films. Values of residual plating stress, magnetic properties, plating efficiency, and variation of composition were experimentally determined.
