Flannery o'connor's theology viewed through the haze of the grotesque

About this Digital Document

In this thesis, by an analysis of the major works of Flannery O'Connor, I have examined the relationship between the author's theology and her art, and by taking into consideration all significant critical points of view, the author's published statments, I have attempted to come to some condlusions about Miss O'Connor's peculiar vision, and more importantly, to determine whether her religious concerns in any way undercut her fiction.
