Sayre Field Redevelopment Report

The Sayre field site located off of North Mountain Drive presents a great opportunity for
recreation and student engagement development. A team of 12 Lehigh students from different
backgrounds created this report to guide the next steps for redevelopment plans for this site.

The scope of this report was limited to the research, ideation, and recommendation phases of
design. In order to achieve this, the group collected data, through both surveys and existing
Lehigh facilities data. This data offered a glimpse into the problems that the site can solve, and
the opportunities to enhance the campus. From this data, the Project Management group came up
with the work schedule for the semester. This was achieved through careful planning and
visualization tools such as gantt charts.
