The purpose of this thesis is twofold; first to demonstrate a group of propositions concerning fiber spaces; and second to examine a new definition of fiber space invariant under the notion of fiber homotopy equivalence and contrast its properties with those of the classical fiber spaces. The thesis uses as a basis a paper written by Edward Fadell in 1957 entitled On Fiber Spaces, and is, for the most part, a line-by-line analysis of the paper.
