Abstract

The final stage densification behavior of high purity, pressure sintered, cobalt monoxide was studied. Interpretation of the data through the use of a diffusion model for hot pressing yields effective diffusion co-effcients which are in good agreement with those obtained by tracer techniques for cobalt self-diffusion.
