Abstract

This report presents the results of a 1 year study of creep and shrinkage behavior of pre-tensioned concrete specimens. Strain measurements from these specimens indicate that creep strain is proportional to the stress-strength ratio, while the shrinkage strain is strongly affected by the percentage of steel in a member.
