Abstract

The effects of the silica filler concentration and distribution of filler particle sizes on selected mechanical, thermal, electrical and rheological properties of a silicone resin molding compound have been investigated. In addition, the rheological properties have been investigated as a function of temperature and shear rate for one filler concentration.
