Abstract

The activity coefficient of silicon in graphite-saturated liquid Fe-C-Si alloys has been investigated for silicon concentrations up to 0.30 mole fraction, at the temperatures of 1400, 1450, 1500, 1550, and 1600 degrees celsius.
