Abstract

The present study was designed to re-examine the question of whether the contra-lateral connections are more abundant than the ipsi-lateral connections on the same cortex. For this purpose electrophysiological recordings from the same cortex, using pure tones, are to be studied. In addition, it is the purpose of the present study to determine whether the various sub-acoustic response areas may de differentiated in terms of ipsi-lateral versus contra-lateral stimulation.
