Study of the temperatures and stresses in two concentric, homogenous, isotropic, infinite cylinders, with heat generation in the innercylinder, under the following conditions: the cylinders and the surroundings are initially at the same temperature, the temperature of the surroundings remains constant when the temperature of the cylinders increases, no body or surface forces, no other heatsource are considered, the tow cylinders are able to expand freely in the radial and longitudinal directions.
