Description

Much time, effort, and expense are expended on IDEA administrative hearings with little resulting effect upon law or public policy. The Complaint Resolution Process (CRP), however, affects both the law and public policy – provided the CRP is effective. This session will address impediments to effective CRP complaint investigations, from one’s choice of words to inadequate corrective action. The intricacies and pitfalls of fact-finding will be discussed, as well as the relationship between the issues for investigation and the legal conclusions to be determined.
